They aim to identify and showcase 100 outstanding projects completed and operational in 2024, recognized for their design concepts, project execution, technological advancements, green sustainability, and comfort/health aspects.

Distinctive Approach: Impact Through Communication
Unlike traditional awards based solely on judging, this list uses real-world communication impact as a measure of design value. A project achieves true "cross-boundary influence" only when it garners public attention, media recognition, and professional discussion. This approach not only provides developers and owners with models for attracting interest but also encourages design firms to integrate "communication-friendliness" into their creative logic, achieving a win-win of social value and brand premium.

What is the ARCHINA Annual Architecture Awards Platform?
The ARCHINA Annual Architecture Awards are hosted by ARCHINA Architecture China (founded in 2003), a leading media platform in China's architecture industry. Renowned as an industry "barometer" due to its media influence and professional authority, the awards evaluate projects across five key dimensions: Design Innovation, Execution Quality, Technological Breakthrough, Sustainability, and Health/Comfort. Each year, they rigorously select 100 outstanding projects (Top 10 per category) across ten categories. Adhering to the principle of "Honoring Design Through the Media's Lens," the awards maintain professionalism, rigor, fairness, and impartiality. By encouraging both domestic and international design teams to deepen their focus on local works and keenly capture trends, ARCHINA leverages its media credibility and reach to transform design creativity into broader influence. (Shanghai, June 16, 2024) As an authoritative platform deeply rooted in China's architecture sector for 22 years, ARCHINA Architecture China has officially launched its Annual Architecture Awards selection. This year's list draws from the platform's database of over 20,000 projects, focusing specifically on projects completed in 2024. Rigorous selection across ten categories (100 projects total, Top 10 per category) is based on five dimensions: Design Innovation, Execution Quality, Technological Breakthrough, Sustainability, and Health/Comfort. The final results will be announced on June 30. Defining industry benchmarks through data, the awards uphold the credibility and influence of this annual highlight in Chinese architecture.

Submission Requirements:

• Completion Date: Project main structure must have been completed and become operational between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024.
