We are looking for a Creative Design Architect with a passion for blending art, culture, science and architecture into fresh, meaningful concepts. Someone curious about how ideas can live across platforms — from built form to digital space — and who is eager to explore design as a cultural dialogue.

您的工作职责将涵盖以下内容：

- 在国际建筑竞赛项目中，主导或作为核心成员参与从概念设计到成果提交的全过程。

- 结合公司理念与竞赛具体要求，提出具有创新性的设计方案和概念。

- 通过深入的调研与分析为设计决策提供依据，并确保方案符合竞赛规范与要求。

- 与跨专业团队（包括设计师、工程师、项目经理等）紧密协作，共同优化和完善方案。

- 独立完成概念设计阶段建筑图纸、效果图、模型及其他汇报材料的制作。

- 向内部及外部相关方（包括客户、评审团队及公司管理层）清晰呈现设计理念与方案。

- 持续关注建筑领域的前沿趋势、技术发展与行业最佳实践。

Your work scope will cover the following

• Lead or contribute as a key role in architectural design projects for international competitions from concept to submission.

• Develop innovative design concepts that align with the company^s vision and the specific requirements of each competition.

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with competition guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to refine and enhance design proposals.

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, renderings, models, and other presentation materials.

• Present design concepts to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, juries, and senior management.

• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

您应具备：

- 国内外可认证院校的建筑学学士或硕士学位。

- 相关专业工作经验，具备竞赛项目经验者优先。

- 能够展现卓越设计能力与成功竞赛作品的优秀作品集。

- 熟练掌握Rhino、Grasshopper、Enscape、Adobe Creative Suite、AutoCAD等建筑设计软件。

- 出色的视觉表达与语言沟通能力。

- 能够在快节奏、高强度的截止日期驱动环境中高效工作。

- 突出的解决问题能力与细节把控意识。

- 具备流利的英语沟通能力。

You bring along

• Bachelor^s or Master^s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

• Professional experience, with a focus on competition work preferred.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and successful competition entries.

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as Rhino, Grass Hopper, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD.

• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Fluency in English is required.
