美国保德信金融集团是美国500强和世界500强企业，美国最大金融机构之一，其业务范围遍及40多个国家地区，主要经营各类金融产品和服务，包括人寿保险、证券经纪和金融顾问服务、资产管理、银行和信托服务等。

客户带着非常明确且复杂的功能需求找到V10，希望能够最大化使用效率。因此在紧凑的L型空间内如何布局决定了整个项目的走向。两个不同部门的开放办公区通过接待区和餐食休闲区连接起来。共享的大型会议室拥有着极佳的黄浦江景。

The company is part of Prudential Financial, Inc., an American Fortune Global 500 and Fortune 500 company whose subsidiaries provide insurance, investment management, and other financial products and services to both retail and institutional customers throughout the United States and in over 40 other countries.

The client approached V10 with a complex brief which required maximum efficiency. The layout studies were crucial to the definition of the project. Two separate desk zones are connected via the reception and the pantry. The largest meeting room is located in the corner, with great views of the Huangpu river.

V10选择了符合总部标准要求且尽可能简洁的材料表，其中包括用于接待区纹理温和的大理石，暖色的木质纹理门扇配合定制设计的金属门把手，纹理玻璃隔断以及带有声学效果的地毯等。

在平面布局和隔断材质的选择上，通过优化使得自然光能够通达办公空间的每一个角落，增强使用的舒适性以及能耗的可持续性。

V10 selected a minimal material board for the project which included soft vein marble tiles for the entrance, wood doors with bespoke handles, patterned glass and soft carpet to improve acoustics. 

Natural light is maximized throughout the headquarters aiming for a better environment and a sustainable approach to energy consumption.

办公家具和材质的组合为使用者提供了最大的舒适度。可调节的线性灯光将墙面和吊顶空间联系起来，高度可调的办公桌使得站立协同办公成为可能。

Furniture and lighting were selected to provide maximum comfort. Dimmable linear lights connect walls and ceilings and adjustable tables allow to work in a standing position.

近年来，办公空间的升级革新急剧的发展。人们在办公室花费比在家中更多的时间。因此设计在提高工作效率中扮演着更加重要的角色，也推动着办公人居环境的不断创新。

The evolution of office spaces has been dramatic in recent years. We spend more time in offices than at home. Design plays a fundamental role in improving productivity, and it introduces innovation in the work environment.
