项目坐落于重庆沙坪坝区，是中国首席温泉小镇，总体量近15万平方米，包括该区域首座五星级温泉度假酒店、重庆老字号上泉坊、亚洲最大的都市温泉中心、山地院落式顶级温泉别院、世界温泉风情旅游商业街等，是一个集“温泉、酒店、商业、住宅、游乐、文创”六位一体的 “极具规模、极具特色、极具档次、极具影响力”的都市温泉旅游休闲度假地。景观设计结合当地的气候环境和场地的优越地理位置及地势条件，创造出城市、自然、风土相互融合的、明快的多元化生态环境，营造出一次巴渝文化的邂逅，一次芬芳馥郁的体验；一次放松身心的旅行，一次人文历史的回味。

Located in the Shapingba district of Chongqing, the project is a China's leading hot spring town covering an overall area of nearly 150,000 square meters, including the first five-star hot spring resort hotel in the area, a time-honored business cluster called ‘Shangquanfang’, Asia's largest urban hot spring center, a high end hot spring hotel with mountain-courtyard style and a world class hot springs shopping street. All in all, it is a comprehensive urban hot spring leisure resort with characteristics of being “large scale, distinctive, high end and influential” that integrates the six different sectors, including “hot spring, hotel, commerce, residential, entertainment, as well as the cultural and creative industry” in one. By taking local climatic environment into account, also considering its great geographical location and terrain conditions, the landscape design creates a bright and diversified ecological environment, in which, the city, nature, and local culture are intertwined. Here the visitor may encounter special Bayu culture, take a fragrant experience, enjoy a relieving trip, or have a taste of the local history.

Project Narrative

场地北临站西路，东邻渝长高速，西临渝怀铁路和歌乐山，南临渝遂高速，距三峡广场和沙坪公园均不到1公里，自然、地理、交通条件得天独厚，区位优势明显。

The site is adjacent to Zhanxi road to the north, Yuchang Expressway to the East, Chongqing Huaihua railway and Geleshan to the west, and Chongqing Suining Expressway to the south. It is less than 1 km away from the Three Gorges Square and Shaping park. It is endowed with unique natural, geographical and traffic conditions and distinctive advantages.

场地位置 | Site Location

作为全国少有的以温泉产业为基础的复合型商业地产，本项目以现代川东风格建筑和街巷空间为载体，提倡以慢生活为主调的国际时尚、富有创意文化、健康休闲的生活方式。

As the very few mix use commercial real estate integrated hot spring development in China, the project takes modern East Sichuan style buildings and the street space as the carrier, and advocates the international fashion, creative culture and healthy leisure lifestyle with ‘slow life’ as the main theme.

设计层级 | Design Layers

硬景上使用当地石材铺设廊道，形成强有力的中轴语绘。将各个广场，庭院彼此相连。软景上因地制宜，使用当地植栽，注意季相变化，形成积极适应性生态环境。

The corridor is paved with local stone, forming a strong design language for the central axis, which connect the squares and courtyards along the journey. The plantings are adapted to the local conditions, showing seasonal changes, and forming an active adaptive ecological environment.

东西入口广场由特色铺装廊道相连，连接形态各异的庭院，多功能户外就座区以及内街广场。水景，树阵，室外装置点缀其间。空间感受适度宜人，环境充满生活气息又不失趣味。

The east-west entrance plaza are connected by the featured paving corridor, where gardens in different size, outdoor seating areas and inner plazas could be found. The space is interspersed with water feature, tree array and outdoor installations. It is interesting, full of life ambience with a moderate and pleasant experience.

泉里小镇已经成功引入了诸多知名餐饮休闲娱乐品牌，吸引了众多消费者。场地内特色水景的引入，既运用当地工艺，又结合本地材料，体现人文传统。

Quanli town has successfully introduced many well-known catering and leisure entertainment brands,which attract lots of consumers. The water feature on site not only applied local crafts, but also used local materials to reflect the humanistic tradition.

中轴的特色铺砖，不仅应用当地石材，体现本土人文，展现本土性，文化性；而且有助于人流导向，界定空间。其间点缀树阵，花钵等景观元素，尺度宜人，增强其观赏性。

The featured paving in the central axis not only shows the local culture by using local material, but also helps to guide the flow of people and define the space.  It is decorated with appropriate sized tree array, flower pots and other landscape elements to enhance the ornamental value.

水景设计简洁，但不失趣味性。层叠错落的水景设计，既反映当地地理环境，结合场地需求，营造生动体验。既可以是雕塑感般景观元素的存在，引人欣赏；亦可成为情感的媒介，启发思考。

The water feature is simple but interesting. The cascading water feature not only reflects the local geographical environment, but also creates a vivid experience in combination with the site requirements. It can not only be the existence of sculpture-like landscape elements to attract people's appreciation, but also become an emotional medium to inspire thinking.

项目致力于营造独创经典温泉养生氛围，将养生泉、养生餐及养生理疗等特色项目巧妙融合在一起，并与国内知名权威养生理疗机构达成基本合作共识，旨在共同打造专业化、个性化、专属化的养生体系。景观设计中结合其特殊性，创造出与场地、建筑、业态、需求和使用等方面等相互融合、互相依托的生态环境。

The project is committed to creating a unique classic healthy hot spring ambience, integrating SPA, healthy meal, health care physiotherapy and other special services. It has reached a basic cooperation consensus with domestic well-known authoritative health care physiotherapy institutions, aiming to jointly create a professional, personalized and exclusively health care system. In view of the particularity of the project, the landscape design tried to create an ecological environment responds to the site and architecture, functional requirement and its application.
