海洋大道515号项目位于布鲁克林弗拉特布什展望公园(Prospect Park)南面,拥有现代工业风格的美学元素,例如混凝土方格天花板、混凝土幕墙和外露砖块。大楼拥有24套住宅,每套公寓都拥有700-750平方英尺(65-70平方米)的舒适空间,设有Spa风格的浴室、高平台睡眠区、室内洗衣机和烘干机。此外,项目还为住户提供后院绿色空间、屋顶设施和地下室健身房Located just south of Prospect Park in Flatbush, Brooklyn, 515 Ocean Avenue embraces its modern, industrial-style aesthetic with elements like concrete coffered ceilings, concrete-paneled walls, and exposed brick. The building offers 24 residential units and each studio provides a comfortable 700-750 SF space. The units feature amenities such as spa-like bathrooms, elevated platformed sleeping areas, and in-unit washers and dryers. Additionally, 515 Ocean Avenue offers its residents' backyard greenspace, rooftop amenities, and a fitness center in the basement.

Located in the center of the lively city, Crown Heights, Brooklyn, the building’s many amenities and spacious living spaces offer tenants a personalized and fulfilling living experience.

大楼采用现浇的平板结构,GFRC面板的最小网格外墙有雨幕和灰泥系统。这些单元从单间到一居室或两居室都有,带有工业风格的大窗户可以获得大量的自然光。公寓单元也有柔和的单色和大地色系的墙壁和饰面,以及洗衣机、烘干机和气候控制系统。Cast-in-place with flat plate construction, the building’s minimal grid façade of GFRC panel has a rain screen and stucco systems. The units range from studios to one or two bedrooms with large industrial-style windows for lots of natural light. Apartment units also have muted monochromatic and earth tone walls and finishes, along with washers, dryers, climate controls.

第72街是一幢拥有18个单元的现代化高级住宅楼,位于曼哈顿上西区的中心。GF建筑团队从头开始构思这个设计,立面由石灰石、铜和水磨石组成,围绕着大厦北半部的大窗户。西部轮廓的特点是垂直条状的方形窗户和覆盖在钢筋混凝土楼板和围墙上的轻度刻痕的石板。72nd Street is a modern 18-unit premium residential building in the heart of Manhattan’s Upper West side. The GF architecture team conceived this designed from the ground up with a façade consisting of limestone, bronze, and terrazzo surrounding large windows on the northern half of the plaza. The western profile features vertical strips of square windows and lightly scored stone panels covering the reinforced concrete floor slabs and perimeter walls.

287 BROADWAY

此项目位于东59街和第一大道的桥头市场,面积达20,000平方英尺,几十年来一直是当地的地标。作为曼哈顿和皇后区之间的 "桥梁",桥头市场是居民寻找积极和难忘的购物体验的集合点。GF建筑设计团队通过恢复5000平方英尺的Guastavino瓷砖拱廊,以及与桥头市场的历史意义相辅相成的翻新工程,重新塑造了这个空间。Bridgemarket, a 20,000-square-foot store located at East 59th Street and First Avenue, has been a authentic landmark for decades. “Bridging” the gap between Manhattan and Queens, Bridgemarket serves as the meeting point for residents looking for positive and memorable shopping experiences. GF’s urban architecture team reinvented this space by restoring the 5,000-square-foot Guastavino-tiled arcade alongside renovations that complement Bridgemarket’s historical significance.

The Queensboro Bridge costed $20 million to build following its grand opening, where countless New Yorkers celebrated their new and convenient connection to another part of NYC.

第38大道33-01号的阿迪新项目是一栋创新的94套高级住宅建筑,坐落在长岛市。对于这个项目, 建斐的主要焦点是可持续性。建斐设计团队没有选择拆除现有的破旧商业仓库,而是添加了三层,将结构转变成一种全新的、成熟的现代形式。现有结构和顶部新加入的楼层完美地反映了这个曾经的工业社区正在发生的日新月异的变化。“The Addition” at 33-01 38th Avenue is an innovative 94-unit premium residential building in the heart of Long Island City. For this project, GF's main focus was sustainability. Rather than tearing down the existing, dilapidated, commercial warehouse, GF design team added 3 stories and transformed the structure into a fresh sophisticated modern form. The juxtaposition of the existing structure and the modern addition above speak perfectly the rapid changes of this former industrial community.
