The units feature amenities such as spa-like bathrooms, elevated platformed sleeping areas, and in-unit washers and dryers. The units range from studios to one or two bedrooms with large industrial-style windows for lots of natural light. Apartment units also have muted monochromatic and earth tone walls and finishes, along with washers, dryers, climate controls.

The GF architecture team conceived this designed from the ground up with a façade consisting of limestone, bronze, and terrazzo surrounding large windows on the northern half of the plaza. The western profile features vertical strips of square windows and lightly scored stone panels covering the reinforced concrete floor slabs and perimeter walls.

GF’s urban architecture team reinvented this space by restoring the 5,000-square-foot Guastavino-tiled arcade alongside renovations that complement Bridgemarket’s historical significance.

For this project, GF's main focus was sustainability. Rather than tearing down the existing, dilapidated, commercial warehouse, GF design team added 3 stories and transformed the structure into a fresh sophisticated modern form. The juxtaposition of the existing structure and the modern addition above speak perfectly the rapid changes of this former industrial community.
